a) Pre-Purchase Requirements

2. ID & Address Proof Documentation
Before making a purchase, please prepare your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents according to your specific case below. All documents must be combined into a single file.

  • Case 1: Matching Delivery Address
    If your KYC document address matches your delivery address, provide ANY ONE of the following:
    – Aadhar Card
    – Driving License
    – Voter ID
    – Passport
    – NREGA Job Card (signed by a State Government officer)
  • Case 2: Non-Matching Address or PAN Card Submission
    If your KYC address doesn’t match your delivery address OR if you’re submitting a PAN card, provide:
    • Your primary ID document PLUS
      ONE of the following address proof documents (must match delivery address):
      –  Bank Account Statement
      – Utility Bills (electricity, telephone, post-paid mobile, piped gas, water)
      – Employee ID
      – Hotel Booking Receipt
      – LPG Connection Receipt
      – Rent Agreement

3. Document Submission Requirements

    1. Photo Requirements
      • Capture both FRONT and BACK sides of each document
      • Ensure all information is clearly visible and unaltered

   2. File Preparation
     • Combine all required images into ONE file:
        – KYC document front
        – KYC document back
        – Additional address proof (if applicable)

   3. File Naming Convention
     • Format: “Order Number_Full Name”
     • Example: 5423_Aaradhya Sharma

b) Purchase Process
       1. Register an account at HiDuckoo.com
       2. Place your order and complete payment
       3. Note your Order Number from the order confirmation page
       4. Click the KYC submission Google Form link at the bottom of the order confirmation page
       5. Submit your prepared ID and Address Proof

Payment Issues: Common Causes and Solutions

1. Insufficient Balance or Card Limit
•  Check your account balance
•  Verify your card’s international transaction limit
•  Contact your bank or Card company to adjust limits if necessary

2. Bank Restrictions on International Transactions
•  Many banks block international transactions by default
•  Contact your bank or Card company to enable international purchases

You can locate your order number through three methods:
1. Order confirmation page (immediately after checkout)
2. My Account → ORDERS section on HiDuckoo.com
3. Order confirmation email sent to your registered email address
